For those of you who would like to tweak their skills, the area is a natural playpark with logs, rocks, embankments - not to mention the usual urban obstacles.

In addition to the downhill and 4X courses, Nevis Range also has a purpose built trials section on natural and artificial sections built for the 2010 UCI Mountain Bike World Cup last year.

Up the road at Laggan, the orange graded bike park has a great selection of jumps, bumps and massive berms.

Balnain is just a bit further away on Loch Ness, but is probably one of the UK's best purpose built bike parks, with berms, hits, logs, gaps, boxes, north shore, see saw, limbo bars, skinnies, ramps and drops!
